Having never had the misfortune of needing to use our homeowners insurance, we were anxious when we found we needed to replace our roof after major hail damage. George met with us and explained the process, advised us who to speak with at our insurance company and came to meet with the insurance adjuster when he was looking at the damage. His advice helped us get started on something we were dreading. His support as we went along was invaluable. Everything went smoothly and before we knew it, we were approved for a new roof AND gutters as well as screens we had not even realized were damaged until they showed us. Premier scheduled our installation on a Friday, told us what time to expect the crew, what they would be doing, and the process after the work was done. George checked in with us the day the roof was installed. The workers were timely, courteous and listened to our requests. They were careful not to get any debris in our swimming pool or the vegetable garden. They were very polite, competent and efficient at the job, and in one day we had a whole new BEAUTIFUL roof!
